Aaron Horowitz

Aaron Horowitz is an accomplished data and analytics professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving data-driven initiatives. Currently serving as VP of Data and Analytics at Mon Ami since May 2024, Aaron previously held key roles at the ACLU from July 2018 to May 2024, where responsibilities included heading a team of approximately 25 professionals to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities and support its mission. Prior to the ACLU, Aaron worked at McKinsey & Company from September 2012 to July 2018, leading diverse project teams and focusing on building client analytics capabilities, particularly within the public sector. Aaron's career also includes roles at Nunwood and Rochester General Hospital, supported by a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Rochester.
