Steve Fram

Steve Fram has over 30 years of experience in technology, product, and engineering. Steve began their career in 1991 as Technical Director at the Institute for Global Communications. In 1992, they were Technical Director at the United Nations Development Program for the 1992 Earth Summit. From 1997-1998, they were an Independent Consultant at Sears, Fram and Associates. From 1998-2007, they were Vice President of Engineering at BabyCenter/Johnson & Johnson. From 2006-2007, they were Interim Technology Executive and Agile Coach at Affinity Circles. Since 2019, they have been Co-founder and CTO at Mon Ami. At Caring, Inc., they were SVP Engineering, CTO & Co-Founder and was responsible for product, technology, data science and content.

Steve Fram obtained a BS with High Honors in Mathematics and Zoology from the University of Michigan. Steve also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
