Aaron Lee

Aaron Lee is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in web2 and web3 technology, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at MON Co. Since December 2023, Aaron has been a pivotal member of the Engineering Leadership Team, overseeing processes related to infrastructure, devops, security, and governance. In addition to the role at MON Co, Aaron holds multiple positions, including Senior Engineering Manager at Pixelmon, Technical Advisor for various companies including Nautilus Assure, Lyte, and Custos Technologies, and has significant military experience as a Combat Engineer Officer in the Singapore Army. Aaron's previous roles include Tech Lead for Mon Protocol, Head of Product at Candee Labs, and Head of Engineering and Product at BBRC Studios, demonstrating a strong capability in leading teams and driving technological innovation. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and has a robust educational background in the sciences and mathematics from St Andrew's Junior College and St Andrew's Secondary School.
