Nate James

Nate James, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nate most recently worked at Mon Health as the System Director of Employee & Workforce Engagement, where they played a key role in improving employee and volunteer engagement within the organization. Prior to that, Nate held positions such as Director of Volunteer & Guest Services and Director of Development, Foundation, & Communications at Mon Health. Nate also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Mylan as a Senior Specialist and Specialist in Quality. Additionally, Nate was a Business Development Lead at HRT Solutions and held various roles, including Family Services Director and Interim Executive Director, at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Morgantown, WV.
