Thibault Jaillon has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Thibault co-founded Mon Petit Placement in 2017, where they served as the CPO and CTO. Prior to that, they founded Square Glasses in 2005, where they held multiple roles including founder, interaction/UX designer, and researcher, as well as interactive developer. Thibault also worked as a startup mentor at Maline | Recyclé Sublimé, Avvinue, Smap, and Wisty.fr between 2018 and 2022. In 2012, they co-founded Noody Automation. Thibault Jaillon also worked as an interaction oracle at the Mel Croucher Agency from 2003 to 2012. Additionally, they served as a teacher at GOBELINS, l'école de l'image from 2006 to 2009 and worked as an interaction designer at Megalo[s] in 2004.

Thibault started their education in the year 2000 at Université Grenoble Alpes, where they obtained a DUT degree in Services & Réseaux de Communication in the year 2002.
From 2002 to 2003, they pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Computing - Entertainment Technology with a specialization in Intelligent Systems at the University of Portsmouth, obtaining a 2:1 (65%) grade.
In 2004 and 2005, they attended Pierre and Marie Curie University, where they took MSc courses in Intelligence Artificielle & Décision.
Thibault then enrolled at Université Paris 8 in 2007 and completed their BSc courses for the first year, majoring in Psychology.
Thibault'seducational journey continued when they joined the University of Kent in 2019. Here, they embarked on an MSc Digital Arts (by Research) program, focusing on Human-Computer Interaction Design for Intelligent Systems. Thibault is expected to complete this degree by 2023.
Thibault Jaillon also obtained additional certifications along the way. In 2017, they achieved an IELTS score of 7.5 from the British Council. Furthermore, in June 2020, they successfully completed a MOOC titled "Ethique de la Recherche" from Université de Lyon.
