Mon Sheong Foundation
Joey Tam is an experienced social work professional currently serving as the Coordinator of Volunteer Services & Youth Group Development at Mon Sheong Foundation since July 2022, where responsibilities include designing and executing leadership programs for youth, training over 40 youth leaders, and facilitating over 100 hours of events with more than 200 attendees. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Officer at City University of Hong Kong from September 2019 to April 2022, focusing on student development, and completing placements as a Social Work Placement Student at Kidsmind and Ying Wa Primary School, where Joey Tam provided support for children with developmental needs and identified student needs in a competitive environment. Additionally, Joey Tam gained practical experience as a Social Work Summer Intern at Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care, organizing activities for seniors with dementia. Joey Tam holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Social Work from City University of Hong Kong.
