Mon Sheong Foundation
Hinson Ho, MScA., RD, CBE, is an experienced registered dietitian currently serving as Assistant Administrator and Nutrition Support Registered Dietitian at Mon Sheong Foundation since March 2018. Hinson has previously held positions as Primary Care Registered Dietitian at Etobicoke Medical Centre Family Health Team from June 2015 to April 2022, and as Community Registered Dietitian at Senior Persons Living Connected from November 2014 to July 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Registered Dietitian at Huronia Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic and completing internships at The Canadian Sugar Institute, Jewish General Hospital, and McGill University. Hinson's academic background includes a Graduate Diploma in Registered Dietitian Credentialing and a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from McGill University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University.
