Vanessa April

Vanessa April is a dedicated human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles since 2018. Currently serving as a Conseillère RH at Mon Technicien, Vanessa has honed skills in employee integration and conflict management. Prior experience includes a position as a Conseillère RH - Généraliste at MEL, where responsibilities encompassed the complete recruitment cycle, payroll management for 170 employees, and implementation of HR systems. Vanessa also has a background in payroll assistance and human resources internships at La Vie En Rose, along with a decade of experience in rehabilitation therapy and customer service at Cliniques Privées and Home Depot. Vanessa holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration with a concentration in management and people management from Université du Québec en Outaouais and a DEC in physical rehabilitation techniques from Collège Montmorency.
