Mon Valley Initiative
Jonathan Weaver is an experienced housing counselor currently working at Mon Valley Initiative since June 2013, where responsibilities include coaching families preparing for homeownership and providing essential tools and information. Jonathan's early career included mortgage representation positions at various financial institutions, including PNC Mortgage and Washington Mutual, contributing to a strong background in mortgage and housing services. Jonathan obtained a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1982 and 1986.

Mon Valley Initiative
Mon Valley Initiative, founded in 1988, works to improve the lives of people in the Mon Valley area by helping to rebuild community infrastructure and connecting employers to people seeking new jobs and careers. We do this by delivering quality services to the people of the Mon Valley, including housing counseling, real estate and community development, and workforce development and financial coaching. Across all of our programs, we focus on connecting residents, local health and human services, and regional stakeholders to increase community health and well-being.
