Damien Williams

Damien Pritchard-Williams is an experienced Facilities and Health & Safety Manager currently overseeing contractor management and site operations for a state-of-the-art cheese production facility at Mona Dairy on the Isle of Anglesey since March 2018. Previously, Damien served as a self-employed Health and Safety Advisor from June 2015 to March 2022 and held the position of Managing Director at Conwy Risk Solutions while also working as an H&S Consultant for major clients, including Airbus UK. Damien's early career includes significant roles within the Royal Air Force as an Aeronautical Engineer, specializing in armament support and bomb disposal, as well as providing round-the-clock support for various aircraft fleets. Educational qualifications include multiple NEBOSH certifications and military training in aeronautical engineering.
