I was always someone who loved magazines. The concept of having a place of diverse topics collected together in a way that is eye catching fascinated me a lot. So I created Mona Eisa.com, inspired by this Love.
Mona Eisa.com is the healing container that facilitates healing little by little. You can consider it a spiritual magazine, a healing magazine but I call it container.

Healing happens through containment.

In the world where we live now many of us suffer from short attention Span.
So I write short articles with the intention that they invite inner questioning, awareness and motivate healing. I give a lot of inner questioning and I encourage journalling.
They are also written to inspire and I record them in my podcast B𝐥a𝐜k b𝐢r𝐝.

I also create and record meditations and mindfulness practices and some articles include specific meditations to help with a specific topic.
I also record videos that are practical in guiding and facilitating healing.
