Annelise Han

Annelise Han currently serves as Chief of Staff at Monad Labs since August 2024. Prior to this role, Annelise was the Director of Marketing Operations at Long Ridge Equity Partners from November 2018 to August 2024. Annelise has also held positions including Manager of Communications and Strategic Development at Brooklyn Laboratory Charter School (2017-2018), Director at FTI Consulting (2013-2017), and Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank (2011-2012). Annelise began a career in education as a Fellow at the Boston Teacher Residency (2010-2011) and has experience as a Recruiting Assistant at Wellesley College (2008-2011). Annelise holds a B.A. in Economics and English from Wellesley College.
