Daniel McLaughlin

Daniel McLaughlin is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in ecosystem growth, event planning, and digital marketing. Currently serving in Ecosystem Growth at Monad Labs since December 2023, Daniel has been a DJ and studio producer at Castaway Music since September 2012, successfully planning and hosting over 75 annual events while consistently surpassing goals related to attendance, revenue, and guest satisfaction. Previous roles include Growth Strategist at OpenDive, Corporate Growth Specialist at HubSpot, and Sales/Marketing Associate at McLaughlin Paper Co. Daniel was recognized with the Auclair Management and Entrepreneurship Award from Providence College for exceptional achievements in entrepreneurship. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a Finance minor from Providence College, attended from 2016 to 2020, and graduated from Longmeadow High School in 2016.
