Catherine Workman

Catherine Workman currently serves as the Director of Social Services at Genesis, a role held since December 2022, while also chairing the Monadnock DEIB Coalition and serving as a city councilor for Ward 4 in Keene since January 2020. Workman's extensive experience includes roles such as Vice President Chapter and Council Member with SEIU, Adult Protective Service Worker with the New Hampshire Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services, and Mental Health Case Manager at Monadnock Family Services. Workman began contributing to Monadnock Developmental Services in 2010 and has maintained a long-term relationship with a client as a Respite Worker since January 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Salem State University.
