Robert Burns

Robert Burns is currently the Chief Executive at Monaghan County Council. Prior to this role, Robert held positions as Director at Fingal County Council and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council. Robert has extensive experience in managing projects related to transportation, public lighting, coastal defence, housing maintenance, and social housing development. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and a Postgrad in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management.
