Teresa O'Donnell

Teresa O'Donnell is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Right-of-Way Specialist at Monaloh Basin Engineers since August 2022, Teresa specializes in right-of-way preparation, signing and pavement markings plans, and roadway design. Previous experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Tri-State Design & Development Inc. from July 2007 to August 2022, where Teresa contributed to the development of various right-of-way plans. Earlier positions include Designer at ms consultants, inc., and Senior Project Designer at GAI Consultants, Inc. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Point Park University, along with two associate degrees in Architectural Drafting and Accounting from Triangle Tech and Community College of Allegheny County, respectively.
