Erin Schultz

Erin Schultz has had a career in the healthcare management field, primarily focusing on social services and business development. Erin started at Thro Company in 2011 as the Director of Social Services, where they held this position until 2015. In 2015, they joined Monarch Healthcare Management as the Director of Social Services, where they were responsible for interacting with residents, families, and establishing relationships with community agencies and referral sources. Erin also assisted with case management for residents and identified their psychosocial strengths and needs. In 2017, Erin transitioned to the role of Regional Director of Business Development at Monarch Healthcare Management.

Erin Schultz earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2010. In March 2019, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Social Worker from the Minnesota board of Social Work.
