Julie Beatson

Julie Beatson currently serves as the Team Lead and Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Monarch House since November 2023. Previously, Julie worked as an Occupational Therapist at CBI Health from January 2022 to December 2023, and held the role of Program Coordinator and Competitive Gymnastics Coach at Athletica Gymnastics from April 2018 to June 2023. Additional experience includes multiple internships at Alberta Health Services in various settings, focusing on neuro rehabilitation, addictions and mental health, and orthopedic care. Julie began coaching as a Competitive Gymnastics Coach at Calgary Stars gymnastics from September 2011 to February 2018 and also worked as a Line Cook at Ranahan's Restaurant during the Calgary Stampede from July 2013 to July 2015. Julie holds a Bachelor in Health Science, Physical Sciences from Mount Royal University (2015-2019) and has furthered education at the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine, University of Alberta (2019-2021).
