Neel Shah

Neel Shah is a Senior Design Engineer at both Monarch Innovation Private Limited and NINE09 since October 2021. Previously, Neel worked as a Subject Matter Expert at Unacademy from May 2023 to April 2024 and served as the Production Manager at Weitron Refrigerants from December 2018 to March 2021, focusing on the manufacturing and distribution of refrigerants. Neel's academic background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University, where research work involved vibration analysis and parameter optimization in CNC end-milling processes, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nirma University. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Intern, Teaching Assistant, and Suspension Team Member in the Formula SAE at Duke University.
