Maxwell Christian is currently a Multifamily Analyst at Monarch Investment and Management Group, where responsibilities include analyzing multifamily property operations, financials, rent roll, and income reports, as well as identifying risks and opportunities to maximize value. This position began in July 2023. Prior to this role, Maxwell served as a Rotational Analyst at Greystar for a brief period from June to August 2022 and completed a Property Management Internship. Maxwell holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which was attained from 2019 to 2023.
