Thelma Redick is a seasoned conservation professional with extensive experience in leadership and program development across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Member and Chair of the Board for Monarch Joint Venture since February 2021, Thelma has played a pivotal role in conservation efforts for monarch migration. As the Director of Consulting Services at Ironweed Consulting since February 2020, expertise includes designing landscapes with native plants and developing STEM curricula focused on pollinator-friendly habitats. Thelma co-chairs Bat Week, an international initiative that promotes bat conservation, and previously held the position of Senior Director of Conservation Content and Partnerships at the Wildlife Habitat Council from 2003 to 2019, where management of educational programs and strategic partnerships was paramount. Other notable roles include Director of Professional Development at ASSET, Director of Outreach Education at the Pittsburgh Civic Garden Center, and Program Director at the Rachel Carson Institute. Thelma holds a Master's in Non-Profit Management from Robert Morris University.
