Rick Sartori, CTSP has an extensive work experience that spans several industries. Rick started their career in 1998 as the Owner/President of Middlesex Environmental Co., where they managed day-to-day operations and grew the company to service over 165 accounts. In 2003, they worked as a Material Handler at FedEx before joining JetBlue Airways as a Ground Operations Lead in 2006. In 2009, they became the Branch Manager at Critical Environments, Inc., responsible for managing and generating new business. Rick then moved on to O'Connell Landscape in 2014 as a Regional Manager. Since 2017, they have been associated with Monarch Landscape Companies, where they first served as a Branch Manager for their PNW Arbor Monarch Tree Services. Rick later became the General Manager for the West Coast Arbor Division and is currently the Vice President of Monarch Tree Services, where they were instrumental in founding the business and achieving significant growth. Rick Sartori has proven their ability to lead and manage operations across different industries throughout their career.
Rick Sartori, CTSP, earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Horticulture Science / Business Management from Essex Agriculture (NSCC) in the years 2002 to 2006. Rick also holds several additional certifications, including a Certified Treecare Safety Specialist (CTSP) certification obtained from the Tree Care Industry Association in October 2013. In addition, they obtained a Certified Arborist certification from the International Society of Arboriculture in July 2010 and a Tree Injector (Forest Worker) certification from Mauget in September 2002.
