Deborah Tam

Deborah Tam is an experienced HRIS and Benefits professional with a strong background in managing employee benefits and compliance reporting. Currently serving as the HRIS & Benefits Manager at Monarch Landscape Companies since August 2018, Deborah oversees benefits for over 1,800 employees and is responsible for crucial compliance tasks, including 401(k) audits and EEO-1 reporting. Prior to this role, Deborah held positions at Stars Behavioral Health Group, where responsibilities included maintaining HRIS records, compiling personnel data reports, and training staff on benefit navigation. Deborah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizations, and Society from Franklin & Marshall College, graduated in 2016.
