Nivea Fernandez

Nivea Fernandez has extensive experience in payroll and human resources operations. Nivea worked as a Payroll Supervisor at Versacold Logistics from 2008 to 2011, where they managed payroll functions for over 5,000 employees and implemented various payroll-related policies and procedures. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Payroll Manager at Goodwill Southern California, overseeing payroll for approximately 3,500 employees nationwide and implementing a Pay Card system. Nivea then joined Stars Behavioral Health Group in 2014 as the Director of Payroll & HRIS, where they managed payroll functions for around 1,100 employees and implemented several payroll-related systems and policies. Most recently, they joined Monarch Landscape Companies in 2019 as the Human Resources Operations Manager and later became the Director of People Operations in 2022.

Nivea Fernandez completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. Nivea attended the university from 2002 to 2008.
