Laura Kasper has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Laura Kasper began their career at Intermedia Marketing in 1984 as an Account Manager and Telesales Representative. From there, they moved on to Central Transport in 1986, where they served as a Regional Telemarketing Manager. In 1990, Laura joined CareersUSA as a Regional Vice President of Sales, a role they held for ten years. Following their time at CareersUSA, they became an Inside Sales Manager at Springfield Ford Lincoln in 2000. Lastly, Laura founded Monarch Staffing in 2001, where they currently hold the positions of President, CEO, Recruiter, and Resume Guru. At Monarch Staffing, Laura provides various staffing services, including direct hire, temp-to-hire, temporary workers, and interns, as well as HR and recruitment consulting. Laura Kasper is also certified with WBENC (Women's Business Enterprise National Council) and focuses on delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.
Laura Kasper obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1983 to 1986.
