Rachel Pawlak

Rachel Pawlak is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR activities across multiple manufacturing facilities. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Monarch Steel Company, Inc. since March 2019, Rachel oversees HR initiatives for over 150 employees and provides coaching and development to three HR assistants. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at Majestic Steel USA, where responsibilities included assisting with wellness projects and payroll issues across three locations. Rachel also gained foundational HR experience as an intern at Applied Medical Technology, Inc., supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Akron.
