Chesley Austin

Chesley Austin is currently the Head of Quality at Monarch Tractor. Prior to this, they were with Tesla from July 2015 to October 2021, where they were the Group Manager for Energy Storage Supply Chain. Her responsibilities there included managing a team of Global Supply Managers and Supplier Industrialization Engineers dedicated to the Energy Storage product line. Before Tesla, Chesley was with Sensata Technologies from August 2003 to July 2015 as the Supplier Performance Manager of North American and European Operations.

Chesley Austin has an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University.
