Mel Habip

Mel Habip currently serves as Vice President of Information Technology at Monarch Wealth Corporation since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Mako Financial Technologies, where Mel held various positions from Engineering Lead of Customer Success to Solutions Engineer from April 2021 to August 2023. Earlier, Mel worked at Concordia University from January 2018 to April 2021 in multiple capacities, including Homeroom Facilitator and Laboratory Stock Keeper, showcasing a strong foundation in both education and operational environments. Additionally, Mel contributed as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Studies in Behavioral Neuroscience and the PERFORM Centre, further enhancing research skills. Mel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a Minor in Multidisciplinary Studies from Concordia University and an International Baccalaureate diploma obtained in 2017.
