Laleita Small

LaLeita Small is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community support and social services. Currently serving as a Qualified Professional IV at Monarch since June 2023, LaLeita Small develops Person Centered Plans and coordinates clinical treatment for clients. Previous roles include Service Coordinator at Genesis Project 1, where LaLeita Small linked clients to resources, and Qualified Professional at Covenant Case Management Services, overseeing direct care staff. LaLeita Small has engaged in entrepreneurial and ministerial work, founding LaLeita Small Ministries in 2013, and releasing a music single in 2014. Education includes a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Point Park University and ongoing studies for a Master of Social Work at Johnson C. Smith University.
