Lyndril Leonard

Lyndril Leonard, MA, LCMHC has extensive work experience in the mental health field. They worked at Monarch from October 2013 to February 2022, holding various roles including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Clinical Operation Director. Prior to that, they worked at The Recovery Center as a Licensed Professional Counselor from July 2012 to March 2014.

In 1999, they began their undergraduate studies at Belmont Abbey College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Lyndril successfully completed their bachelor's program in 2002.
