Cynthia Kralik

Cynthia Kralik is Executive Director Pathways, which comprises the education divisions of English, Foundation Year and Diplomas

Cynthia's extensive experience in international education spans teaching, teacher training, business development and senior management. Having previously also held senior roles at RMIT University, she brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience to her work at Monash College.

Appointed as Director to their English Language programs in 2012, Cynthia expanded her portfolio to include the Foundation Year programs in 2015 and Diploma pathways in 2018.
