Simon Wilkie is currently a Board Member at Monash College. Prior to that, they were with Geeq, Microsoft, the University of Southern California, and the Federal Communications Commission.
Simon Wilkie began their career as an economist at the Federal Communications Commission in August 2002. Simon then moved to the University of Southern California in April 2008, where they became Chair and Professor of the Department of Economics. In August 2005, Wilkie became the Executive Director of USC's Center for Communication Law and Policy. Simon held this position until December 2007, when they became a Senior Fellow at USC's Annenberg Center on Communication Leadership & Policy.
In August 2015, Wilkie left USC to join Microsoft as a Senior Economist and Partner. Simon remained with Microsoft until August 2018, when they joined Geeq as a Board Member.
Simon Wilkie has a PhD in Economics from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Economics from UNSW.
