Gaylene Giles

Gaylene Giles is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in business partnerships and employee relations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Partnerships at Monash Health since April 2014, Gaylene leads a team of HR professionals and collaborates with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team on various people-related issues, including workforce strategy and DEI initiatives. Previously, Gaylene held roles such as Manager of Employee Relations and Senior HR & Safety Business Manager at Monash Health, where responsibilities included providing expert advice on employee relations, managing enterprise bargaining negotiations, and leading HR teams for optimal people outcomes. Prior experience includes serving as HR Business Manager at Melbourne Health, contributing to strategic HR leadership. Gaylene holds a Master of Work and Employment Relations from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from RMIT University.
