Kylie McKenzie

Kylie McKenzie has extensive experience in quality management and healthcare services, currently serving as the Quality, Safety and Innovation Manager in the Surgery, Perioperative and Procedural Services Division at Monash Health since July 2007. In this role, Kylie coordinates team operations, manages leave and workload distribution, and oversees recruitment and training for new Quality Coordinators. Prior to this, Kylie worked as an Operational Quality Coordinator and Physiotherapist at Northern Health from 2006 to 2007. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Melbourne Business School (2011-2014), a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne (2002-2005), and a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology from Monash University (1999-2001).
