Sarah Muller

Sarah Muller (formerly Hirschi) serves as the Director of Board Governance, Planning and Performance and Chief of Staff at Orygen since April 2022. With extensive experience in health-related governance, Sarah has held the position of Executive Adviser to the Chief Executive at Monash Health since 2019 and has been a Director in the Office of the Deputy Secretary at the Department of Health and Human Services since February 2018. Prior roles include Acting Director and Manager within the same department, focusing on executive coordination, project management, and stakeholder management. Sarah's earlier experience includes a Senior Policy Adviser role at the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Premier and Cabinet, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, risk management, and corporate governance. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Sociology from La Trobe University, obtained from 2001 to 2004.
