Sarah Sexton

Sarah Sexton is a highly experienced Senior Speech Pathologist currently employed at Monash Health since January 2021, specializing in geriatric and neurological rehabilitation, with competencies in VFSS and tracheostomy. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Cabrini HEALTH from February 2019 to February 2023 as a weekend Speech Language Pathologist, covering all adult inpatient wards including ICU and ED. Sarah also has experience from Eastern Health, serving as a Speech Language Pathologist from December 2016 to January 2021 in various settings such as ICU and neurological rehabilitation. A former Speech Language Pathologist at Monash Health from October 2015 to December 2016, Sarah began her career in the field at Gameplan Education Strategies focusing on literacy and language for a wide age range from April 2013 to October 2015. Furthermore, Sarah's early work experience includes a role as a Medical Receptionist at Kings Park Medical Centre from January 2009 to October 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and a high school diploma from Balwyn High School.
