Silvana Sgro is an experienced Corporate Service executive with a background in finance, budget strategy, people and organizational development, legal services, risk management, information technology, portfolio reporting, facilities and accommodation. Silvana is currently the Director of People and Culture Operations at Monash Health and previously held roles such as Director of Industrial Relations at the Department of Health & Human Services, and Director, Organisational Transformation and Capability at Family Safety Victoria. Silvana has a strong focus on integrity and values, and has an extensive education background including a PhD in Public Policy Analysis from The University of Western Australia.
