Stephanie Pearce

Stephanie Pearce has extensive experience in strategic roles within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Strategic Advisor to the Chief Operating Officer at Monash Health since March 2018. In this role, Stephanie is responsible for central coordination of operations and planning activities, overseeing organization-wide initiatives, and managing issues coordination and response. Prior to this, Stephanie held positions including Senior Partner and Partner in the Transformation Office, leading complex programs such as the Emergency Department COVID-19 Model of Care. Earlier experience includes managing employability programs as a Program Coordinator at Maverick Rose and defining transition plans as a Transition Project Lead at Eskimo Group. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Human Physiology) from the University of Melbourne and a Master’s Degree in Science (Dietetics) from Victoria University.
