Zulima Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and marketing, currently serving as the Global Senior Product Development Director at MONAT Global since August 2018. In this role, Zulima oversees product planning and execution, focusing on brand growth and market analysis. Prior to MONAT, Zulima worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from April 2010 to August 2017, holding key positions as Regional Education Manager for several brands and Education & PR Manager for Estee Lauder in Venezuela, where responsibilities included developing effective training strategies and enhancing consumer engagement. Zulima's earlier experience includes client portfolio management at BOD. Zulima holds a Licenciada en Idiomas Modernos and a Bachelor of Languages, Business degree from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.
