Borja Lomba has extensive experience in strategic leadership across multiple industries. Starting at McKinsey & Company from 2006 to 2014 as Associate Principal and Junior Partner, Borja transitioned to RB, where roles included Global Strategy Director and Global Category Director for New Platforms and GI from 2014 to 2017. Subsequently, time was spent at Reckitt from 2017 to 2018, holding titles such as Global Strategy, Data and Insights Director, Director General Iberia, General Manager Reckitt Health, and Regional Director DACH and Nordics Health. Currently, Borja serves as CEO at MONBAKE, beginning in 2025. Education includes ongoing studies at Harvard Business School.
