Antonio Fornaroli

Antonio Fornaroli is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Director of Global People and Organization at Moncler since January 2019. With a long tenure at Luxottica, Antonio has held various leadership roles including VP Human Resources & Communication for Australia & New Zealand, Global HR Director for Retail Sun & Luxury, and HR Manager for both Corporate Staff & Wholesale Italy and a Plant. Prior to Luxottica, Antonio worked as a Strategy and Organization Design Consultant at AchieveGlobal. Educational qualifications include an HR Management Program from SDA Bocconi and an MBA specializing in Strategy and Organization from Maastricht University, complemented by a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
