Catalina Martinez

Catalina Martinez is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management across various industries. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager for Northern Europe and Dubai at Moncler since January 2024, Catalina previously held roles at Prada Group as HR Manager for Miu Miu and Prada Outlets and at Moncler as HRBP for UK&I and Northern Europe. Additional experience includes HR advisory roles at JLL, Giorgio Armani, Aqua Restaurant Group, Street Feast, Hakkasan Group, and Jose Pizarro Restaurants. Catalina holds an Associate CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management, a postgraduate degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of East London, along with a Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice.
