Eliane Noel

Eliane Noel has extensive experience in organizational performance and operations management, currently serving as Vice-Présidente for Performance organisationnelle, Products, and Operations at Mondata since November 2018. From April 2014 to October 2018, Eliane held multiple leadership positions at TELUS, including Directrice du bureau des opérations national pour la sécurité, overseeing national security operations. Prior to TELUS, Eliane worked at Enode for nearly a decade in various senior roles, and briefly served as Directrice du service de l'informatique at Fonds Québécois de la Recherche sur la Nature et les Technologies. Eliane’s early career includes consultancy roles at CGI and Cognicase. Eliane holds a Bachelor's degree in Sciences from Université Laval, earned between 1990 and 1993.
