Dalena Nguyen has established a diverse career in talent acquisition, marketing, and brand management across several organizations. Currently serving as a Social Club Member and Vancouver City Ambassador for Monday Girl, Dalena supports professional women through networking and mentorship. Previously, Dalena worked as an Advisor for Talent Acquisition Marketing & Employer Brand at the Provincial Health Services Authority, managing recruitment marketing for BC Cancer. With extensive experience at Thinkific, Dalena played a crucial role in growing the employer brand during a period of significant expansion.
