Lauren Marcum

Lauren Marcum currently serves as the Store Manager at O.Henry's Coffee & Company, where management of a rotating team and delivery of high-quality customer service to numerous guests daily are key responsibilities. Additionally, Lauren works as a Bartender at Monday Night Brewing, maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Previous experiences include a Marketing Intern position at UAB Campus Recreation Center and a Tearsheets Clerk role at Alabama Press Association. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completed in May 2023.
