Ariel Cohen

Ariel leads the accounting group, overseeing all property, investment, financial, and partnership reporting for the firm’s portfolio. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, he uses his expertise to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the firm’s continued growth and plays a key role in all major transactions.

Ariel joined Monday Properties in 2011 as Senior REIT Controller and has since held several leadership roles within the Accounting Group. He has been instrumental in creating efficiencies and implementing new technology to assist with corporate initiatives that benefit the company and its partners. Throughout his career, Ariel has directed accounting and financing for more than 10 million square feet of real estate in various investment portfolios.
