Michael T. Labarbera

Michael T. LaBarbera is an experienced property manager with a robust background in hospitality and real estate. Currently serving as Senior Property Manager at Monday Properties since October 2021, Michael has previously held roles at Hines as Assistant Property Manager, and at Lincoln Property Company in the same capacity. Early career experience includes positions at Courtyard by Marriott, where Michael excelled as Shift Supervisor and Guest Services and Sales Representative. Michael actively contributed to the success of the Tyson’s Corner Courtyard Marriott, recognized as a top hotel within the brand, by ensuring high-quality guest experiences and effectively resolving issues. Additionally, Michael has demonstrated leadership skills as a basketball coach and engaged in community outreach through the Alliance for Haiti’s Children. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from George Mason University.
