Paul Vosper

Paul leads capital strategy and manages investor relationships in conjunction with the firm’s growth trajectory. He collaborates with key internal service line leaders and sits on the Investment Committee to effectively advise on real estate strategies for the firm’s current portfolio and planned investments. He sources and secures equity capital and debt as needed for all company investments and collaborates with the development teams to source new acquisition opportunities.

Paul has an extensive background in commercial real estate capital raising. He was Co-Head and CEO at Morgan Stanley Alternative Partners Investment Real Estate and held senior leadership positions at PIMCO and Deutsche Bank. Most recently, he co-led the acquisition of Juice Bar, and as CEO, guided the company’s expansion to its current market leadership position as a provider of innovative electric vehicle charging stations.

Paul has a JD and Master’s Degree in Comparative & International Law from Duke University Law School. He earned his Bachelor’s in International Politics, Law, and Organizations from Georgetown University.
