Tom Ronen

Head of Customer Success at monday.com

Tom Ronen is the Head of Customer Success at Monday. Prior to joining Monday, Tom served as a commanding officer in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) for three years. In this role, Tom led 9 patrol boats, planned operations and daily missions, and oversaw all technology advancement projects regarding the unit vessels. Tom also directed manpower planning of a multi-year scope for over 100 soldiers and implemented the usage of several data analysis software to reach strategic decisions.

Tom Ronen has a B.A. in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Haifa. Tom is certified in SCUBA diving (certified as Advanced Open & deep Water Diver) and Skipper.
