Wen Fang

Wen Fang is an accomplished finance professional with a diverse background in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Head of Finance at Monde Nissin Australia since February 2022, Wen is responsible for strategic initiatives, financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial planning and analysis, also acting as second in charge to the CFO. Prior experience includes roles as Finance Manager for Black Swan, Peckish, and Quorn, and Manager of Financial Reporting at Bega Cheese Limited. Wen's extensive experience at Lion from 2014 to 2020 included positions such as Commercial Manager for Logistics and Strategic Projects, and Commercial Manager for Sales and Marketing. Early career experience includes a Finance Co-operative Student role at GM Holden and participation in a two-year graduate program at Lion. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne.
